One woman at the Lancome counter helped me, was efficient and friendly and non-pushy, but when I went to pay, I saw that they had the GWP marked as being for purchases of $50 and above. I was surprised, but she said she'd get it for me anyway. And then her manager told me that the GWP was for one day only, that it says so on the website (it doesn't), that it was for VIP customers (no sign saying that), etc. It was incredibly off-putting, so while I'm happy with the GWP, the service at Dillards is really lacking. Especially when the managers come into play!
