  They also still have the Holiday Blockbuster, and I was able to add the 2 bag GWP, the cleanser and the fragrance set with only a Blockbuster purchase. ( So I got EVERYTHING for only $55) You just have to add them to your bag, they are not added automatically.

     I don't know of any shipping codes at Dillard's, but Boscov's is having an Estee Lauder GWP right now and offers FREE SHIPPING with ANY $50.00 purchase.
