Here are some great tips to get the most bang for your buck! I buy the majority of my cosmetics and skin care on-line and try to always participate in promotions whenever I can.

For example, I stock up on long-wearing eye makeup remover (I go through it like water!) when there is a good promotion going. Usually 2 bottles will get me to the dollar amount needed to qualify.

3. Sign up for on-line newsletters from your favorite cosmetic company. They often advertise deals available no where else and give you promotion codes to use. In addition, they often give 1, 2 or 3 free samples with any purchase and give free shipping when you make a qualifying purchase.
4. Know what foundation shade you are for VARIOUS brands. Next time you are in the mall, have the sales person help you to find out your perfect shade then ask for a sample to try. I know what shade I am for many comanies, that way when a promotion comes up I am ready to purchase. Keep a running list and when its promotion time you can buy on line with no problems! (I never have to return anything)
